Terms And Conditions Regarding Advertisement Of Property On Unitan Homes Real Estate
You represent & warrant that you are the owner of the property you seek to advertise for sale/rent at Unitan Homes Real Estate or you have been duly authorized by the owner of the property you are advertising for sale/rent at Unitan Homes Real Estate. Unitan Homes Real Estate may refuse to advertise your property or properties at its sole discretion without affording any reason.
You agree to indemnify & hold Unitan Homes Real Estate, its employees, officers, consultants & agents harmless against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your advertisement at Unitan Homes Real Estate. Unitan Homes Real Estate may remove any advertised property at any time at its sole discretion without affording any reason.
You represent & warrant that the particulars of the property are true & accurate & any other information regarding the property is true & accurate & agree to indemnify & hold Unitan Homes Real Estate harmless in case of any breach of such representation or warranty. Additionally, you must have the legal capacity and be of legal age to use our services and to advertise the property at Unitan Homes Real Estate.
Unless permitted by Unitan Homes Real Estate as per a separate agreement, & with the consent of the legal owners of the property/properties, you may only use our services for yourself about your property/properties. You may be required to pay fees/charges for some of our services as per our policies & promotions. Furthermore, you will not change or remove any copyright notice published on Unitan Homes Real Estate.
You will not misrepresent any information or provide false/inaccurate information regarding any property advertised at Unitan Homes Real Estate. No information contained at Unitan Homes Real Estate shall constitute an invitation or an offer to invest in any property. Further, nothing published on Unitan Homes Real Estate should be considered as a recommendation by Unitan Homes Real Estate.
You will not advertise any property using any copyrighted information, or information that you do not have permission to use. Unitan Homes Real Estate offers no guarantee or warranties that there would be a positive response or any response, once the property is put on display. Any payments made to Unitan Homes Real Estate in this regard are solely for the display of the property advertised.
You will not remove any advertisement for a property for at least one week after publishing the same on Unitan Homes Real Estate. Similarly, you will not interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the services. Unitan Homes Real Estate may, at its sole discretion & without providing any reasons, suspend your services (even paid services), in case of any violation, or alleged violation, of the terms of this Terms of Use & in case of any delayed or non-payment of any amount due to Unitan Homes Real Estate.
For an indefinite period. Unitan Homes Real Estate will not be liable for any damages, costs, losses, or other actual or alleged claims in this regard. You will not create links from any website or web page to any page or site on Unitan Homes Real Estate, express with Unitan Homes Real Estate’s express written permission The user shall indemnify & hold Unitan Homes Real Estate harmless against any claims or third-party claims as a result of the user’s violation of the Terms of Use or non-payment for services provided by Unitan Homes Real Estate. You must not have been suspended from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property

Notwithstanding anything set out above, each user agrees to indemnify, defend & hold harmless Unitan Homes Real Estate, its officers, agents, consultants, employees, directors, affiliates from & against any claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, demands & damages (of what so ever nature) & expenses (including legal fees) due to, or resulting from, any breach of the Terms of Use or a breach of any user representation, warranty or covenant.
