Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Dubai, Arada’s initial focus has been on the Emirate of Sharjah, where we have launched three successful masterplanned communities. Arada has been formed by two of the Gulf’s most respected businessmen, HH Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, acting as Chairman, and HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, acting as Vice Chairman.
